Nômade Temple Tulum

When i made reservations trip.com charged while reservation. When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com. So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money. It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasn’t blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere ….

Staying at Nomade was such an experience. The wellness program gave us so much more than we expected and each day we returned the room was so clean. If we return to Tulum we will definitely stay in this little slice of paradise.

Most of the time quiet hotel. Liked: very nice area, concept of bathroom "in the jungle", not many guests, good location on the beach, cleanliness, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Disliked: high humidity in the bungalow (tent) swimsuits do not dry and there is a smell of mold from decorative pillows, including tips for absolutely everything, even if I order a piece of cake to take away without sitting at the table, they will charge me a tip! High prices in the restaurant + tips for everything, which are insistently included in the bill.

This place is a true healing sanctuary. I decompressed there alone after a long wedding celebration weekend and it was just what I needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The classes and spa are amazing, one of the best massages I have ever had. I will be back!

Wonderful hotel with a laid back vibe. Located on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach in South Tulum. A fabulous property - in a lush green forest with plenty of space for quiet contemplation. The wellness programmes curated by a group of excellent wellness professionals and other activities centres around music. Highly recommend dipping your toes into these - they cater for all levels even for the uninitiated! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , a real cha ce to disengage and reset.
